The experience logging in on a new device is terrible. I have tried for 2 days to sign in with a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra and it keeps telling me that I am using automatic inputs to select the 15 pages if buses, crosswalks, bikes, steps and so on. I still cannot get in. Vcita is great. The app is ... on the other side of the crosswalks.

I'm not sure. I signed up so my clients could book their fitness classes but unfortunately t I have had to create 'events'. I am paying €15/pm on a very basic booking plan but I can't log monthly memberships etc on the system as I was advised it would take a lot of time to set up. I have 3 payments options...unlimited membership, membership for seniors and class causal. I didn't think it would be hard to set up? The staff have been really helpful and friendly.. No app though.

I don't know what is causing the new set delayed launch since the last update. It takes up to 2-5 minutes to launch or never launches after "checking for updates". Useless when you are trying to check your calendar for upcoming appointments. Please fix. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and still the same behavior.

Their rep, Orel, kept calling and emailing and when I finally answered the phone and requested that they not blow up my email and phone like that, he didn't like me asking for him not to keep calling so he took it upon himself to cancel my whole account and blacklist my email so I cant even use it. so unless I allow them to email and call me everyday, I can't use their app.

Customer Service Email Support Only After paying for the service, I realized there is no number to speak with anyone to troubleshoot. Everything is done via email. Other than that the app seems to be working okay.

This app is inconsistent, slow and crashes to name just a few things. I'm not happy with vCita like I used to be. I'm a long time user, but the platform has gotten worse over the years. It's time to switch.

I've been with another company for many years, then i found vcita and they blew the competion out of the water.With their automatic reminders for the people so i dont have to spend time calling them up . I have no glitches with this app. I love it.

my company sent a link sonwe could use this for our company things. I have requested a password over 10 times. nothing. you guys dont communicate. good app if I didn't have to log in through the company link all the time. would like to be able to use my email and password.
