A few major issues. Live game alerts will spam with a useless notification that just says "Live game activity". These notifications will also occasionally ignore sound settings such as silent and vibrate only. After the game, the game update notification came sometimes stick around for an hour after the game. When the notification is dismissed, it immediately reappears untill you turn off the apps notifications in your phone settings.

I don't appreciate being required to turn on Notifications & Loction Acess at all times. I was forced to install the app in order to use tickets and food credits for a promotion I received. Every time I went to check on my promotional credit, I had to login to Ticketmaster (even though I hadn't closed the app and was still in the same session). Finally, the stadium vendors didn't know how to use the "Scan & Pay" & when we finally managed to use it, my credit wasn't used & I was charged instead.

So buggy. I have to log in a billion times to access my tickets, it constantly asks me to link accounts that are already linked, and bugs out the most when I try to update my listing price when selling my seats. Would be nice too if when you log in, it always takes me to the same page. Instead, depending on it's feelings, it dumps me on entirely different pages. A monopoly at it's best.

2024 season. I have a Pixel 6a on Android 14 (up to date on patches). The app won't display my ticket for more than a second or two before displaying a white page, meaning I cannot use my ticket. transferring tickets by text triggers a URL error. The wallet feature won't load (infinite spinner). All this means that as a season ticket holder I cannot get in the stadium on my own, an cannot access my discount at concessions or the team shop. There have been issues like this almost every season.

Inherently buggy and crashes frequently. Makes you log in multiple times per session. Inefficient to handle invoice issues. Website account manager works much better, without polluting your phone with an extra app

Dreadful app. I have tried numerous times to link with Ticket Master but it is so poorly designed I have just given up. Tell me again why I can only transfer and receive transfered tickets through this app? Terrible terrible terrible customer experience. Wish I could give negative stars.

Thank you for creating this app! I looked for a DC United app a few months ago and couldn't find one. Please enable landscape mode and earn that 5th star! And get DC United souvenir sellers as your advertising clients. I need a DC United jersey!

No longer allows to save the ticket to Google pay. I have to use the website. Update: now the website doesn't work either.
