Worst app ever. Virgin needs to get this right. At least with other cruise lines you have the option to input information through a web browser. This app is definitely the weakest link in having an enjoyable experience with Virgin Voyages. Having to install every time to use it is frustrating beyond belief. If I don't reinstall every time, it just buffers and then I get an error message. Same problem as others have reported. Sigh! 😕

App refuses to load. I've reinstalled numerous times and spoken to "tech support" to no avail. While I was on the phone with them suddenly I could access the app but nothing within would work. I'm trying to do the pre-boarding steps and it just resets to the countdown page. Once I was off the phone the app went back to the infinite loading and a page saying they can't load my info. I've tried different WiFi spots and turning it off completely. Very disappointing experience.

Virgin Voyages needs to fix this useless app. It is the only option VV has to upload travel information. It consistently fails, making it impossible to do any of the final steps to get ready to sail. Unfortunately, VV customer service and tech support can't fix the issues or upload information. The app constantly gives error messages, requires re-login, app closing / re-opening, unloading / reloading, etc... I love the onboard VV experience, but the app makes the initial process frustrating.

Very glitchy app where a lot of the times it won't load and gives me an error page to report a problem. The few times it did load after many reinstalls, it was extremely slow and laggy. They really need to step up the performance of this app. I can't even do the passenger check-in because when I get to the upload travel documents step it just loads for a long time and then returns back to the main page of the app. I'm using a Pixel 7 pro and this entire app is basically unusable.

I can use the app once (every time that I download it. After that, the app doesn't open again). If I try to do the onboard, every step sends me back to the home page. At emergency contact, it doesn't let me put the relationship of the emergency contact. There are a lot of pain points on the UX.

I've been trying for almost two weeks to get this app to work. Yes, multiple calls to tech support. Yes, multiple uninstall and reinstalls. Nope. Finally, in order to check in and get a boarding time (too late for restaurant reservations earlier than my bedtime), tech support told me to have my companion try it. She succeeded, TG. But, I know from previous Virgin cruises, it's tough to enjoy one without an operative app. But Virgin seems unable to fix whatever is wrong. HORRIBLE experien

Right now I have to give a 1 star because of similar issues that everyone else is reporting. Overall the app is nearly non functional. Hopefully I'll be able to post an updated review when the app is fixed. 1. You have to clear storage every time you open the app. 2. The check in process is completely broken. I can upload my picture and sign the agreement but every other step takes me back to the home screen.

Cannot get this app to open. When it finally does after sending an error report having to re-sign in, the functions within the app are non-functional. I am having trouble doing my pre-registration process for the cruise because the steps simply will not load. I'm on Android and my wife is on iPhone but for some reason hers runs fine. I'm seeing online that these issues have been happening for a while and that VV has not done anything about it. This is our first VV cruise and may be our last.
