Turn off mobile data! It's an ok app, definitely not the easiest to use or the most feature rich, but its pretty good. It was super frustrating at first because it just wouldn't connect to the drone properly or show the images at all. Then I realized I had to turn off mobile data on my phone before opening the app or connecting to the drone. There are also other pairing quirks that you have to get used to. But could be worse.

I would give it 5 stars it's a great app however it lacks 4 very crucial things in my opinion 1.It needs to be responsive to voice commands 2.it lacks on board audio recording and 3. It doesn't save a copy to the microsd card nor does it save anything to the inserted microsd card slot which it needs to and 4. Needs to have obstacle avoidance. It would also be even better if the batteries for the TSRC Q7 drone model were alot more available. Then I'll give 5 stars

Well like most reviews say (cut off your mobile data) and you should be able to use all the functions. No it doesn't have obstacle avoidance but again it's less than 200 bucks. It does everything it says it does.TIP#1*set return home @ 150ft high. Idiots put 1 star on this product.Great drone for the price. Only issue I had was the wires cut in two at the point of closure but customer services was great and prompt.Thanks goes out to Lyn. Would buy TSRC again for sure

This app doesn't work. I got a brand new drone, finally got my phone to connect to the drone's WI-Fi, and the app failed to sync with the drone. The app also asks for permission to make and manage phone calls, which I can guarantee it doesn't need. I was, however, able to use the drone without the app.

App worked fine at first, however the app is now having issues syncing the performance settings. I programmed in a max altitude of 400ft, but the drone stops at around 267ft. I think an update is needed.

I've found that my problem of the app not working correctly WAS NOT THE APP. It's the fact that I had my phone DATA turned on. If you want it to work correctly , turn the WI-FI ON and the DATA OFF.😁

I made the mistake of buying a brand new 5g android phone just to get the error that my Android os is too new and the software can't connect to it. Hope I can recover from this huge loss.

App works great easy controls and the tsrc q5 drone is a great beginner drone. My problem comes from trying to use an older phone. No where does it say anything about using older cell phones may not work.
