from the very begining, if i touch the screen to reposition the image, it stops working, and have to unplug and then wait, after that it will work, i have try everything to improve signal that is very unstable at the camera, once it hits 0 it will stop working, after las update, 01.03.19, it keep asking for an update, aftrr updating and restart, it keeps asking for updating.

In the beginning it worked great. I did the last update and now I can't get it to work at all! I completely uninstalled it, tried re-installing and now I can NOT get past the configuration! I have recommended this unit to several others and they bought it as well. I wish I wouldn't have done the last update. I guess for the money spent it was worth it, but time to replace it. ugh...

It's an alright camera especially for the price. We've been using it for over a year now for our baby monitor, but I wouldn't trust it through the night. I mostly use it to check on him for naps. It constantly will stop responding and I don't realize it for a while and sometimes my baby's been awake for who-knows-how-long and I didn't know because the camera turned itself off. It quite often has a hard time logging in as well.

used to work OK. the camera is great, but the app is now impossible to use. I can't get past the login screen. hitting the help button doesn't do anything, and when I go to request feedback, hitting submit doesn't do anything either. While I'm still able to connect "locally", I don't need to because if I am already at home, I can just see my dog with my eyes. I guess if I wanted to see downstairs at night this would work.

Now the app crashes within 3 seconds of opening it. With the new update, our camera is constantly going offline. Before that, we would often have to close and reopen the app to get the screen to load. Constant connection issues! It never saves our settings. Crashes all the time. Poor user experience. The app is utterly unreliable. Won't stay logged in, etc.

This App is very outdated. Only works sometimes and rarely gives me motion notifications. When you try to put alarms and record on a schedule it stops working completely most of the time. Bought this to keep an eye on my Dogs when I'm not home but it's always freezing when I really need it. Needs a severe update, ASAP. Heck I would even pay for an upgraded app. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to load a 20 second clip of a previous recording. And I have super fast Wifi with Charter. My phone is a S9+.

Works well most times but I'm randomly signed out often. Sometimes there's a terrible lag despite the camera having a cabled connection. Its been good enough as a baby monitor, but the app glitches and bugs are annoying hence the 2 stars and considering other companies do it better. EDIT: Latest "update" to camera has rendered it useless. Could no longer connect to camera and resetting the camera to resetup is impossible since the camera never gives the signaling that it's ready.

Since the last app update the camera keeps disconnecting randomly and stopped sending alerts. It used to be a decent camera, now it is almost useless. The option to give feedback inside the app doesn't even work anymore. Please fix the app or bring back the app as it was before. Thanks
