This app left a lot to be desired... Firstly, cut out the constant need to log back in, this is NOT security, it is nuisance. Second, this app is down because of network issues way too often. Are you not a network provider? Lastly, why can't we see more information about our current plan (such as, when the plan started and when it will expire) in the app? This is a 2 star app, Natcom can and should do better.

We can not activate sms plan on it, saying that the system isn't disponible that's a huge problem.. please fix all plan activation and add all natcom plans on it too cause only few of them are available in the app

I don't like the lucky wheel, I think there's a bug or something like that, natcom need to solve this problem or i'll uninstall this app.

I prefer to connect with a password I know, because I use my natcom on a device only can connect by wifi, after that everything is ok. One more I want be able to activate every plan I need on it.....👉 work on this

I do not understand the point of this app. The only thing that it seems to work for is to get my balance, but I can easily do that by sms without having to login to any app. It doesn't tell me how much data I have left on my plan, it doesn't accurately display my charges, and the English translation is low quality. There's no point to buying a data plan if you can't see how much you've used!

My rating of 2🌟 is due to the absolutely poor translation of the site BOTH in Haitian Creole and English. Due to poor vernacular, the information is confusing - even for a native speaker of both languages. I'm a professional translator for Haitian Creole and English. I live in Haiti. I can't understand when someone subscribes in my natcom there isn't any advantages but when you subscribe in my digicel you find lots of advantages,especially in sharing money natcom takes 2 gourdes as fees and I can't send more than 100gourdes,please natcom I'd like that you decrease the fees or eliminate the fees and make that I can send at least 500gourdes,please take my doleances in charge and do the necessary!!!

Your app keeps crashing on my Galaxy S8+ since your last update on June. Also think about incorporating D-Com plan on the app. And what's the meaning of that ridiculous way to activate a D-Com plan when the data are used up? Very ridiculous
