Pathetic experience, the registration and the make of the I was assigned is not the same car that came for me.The price after I booked the ride changed the moment the driver ended the ride it actually doubled.I cannot recommend neither will I use the services again.

extremely slow. Takes long to load after ending a trip. makes it compulsory to rate a driver before starting a new trip, which is also painfully slow. Doesn't have realtime display of driver/rider location making it stressfulbfor both finding each other if not familiar with area. Worst of all, no controls to prevent driver from starting trip within app while within an acceptable distance from rider. Have had one case where a driver started the trip almost 10 mins before he got to me, overcarged!

Very bad. Requested for a ride 2 days before my trip and timings were late I had to call back. The driver had the audacity to ask for more money than charge on the app saying he was far. I had to cancel the trip🤮🤮🤮😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬

Changed phone and reinstalled. Couldn't remember the password I used before so was sent OTP to log in. Was told 'wrong password'. This has happened 3 times so can't use the app. Used to use Wasili a lot so won't be using it until the app can be used again. Also the price given on booking was less than what the drivers demand on arrival. The app is out of date. So back to regular taxis.
