Good so far i have only had one issue and that was resolved. The booking can get a bit confusing as you have to add the service and then book it and you also have to add extra "services" if you get their other lashes. The otger thing i don't like is that it does not show you accurate prices if you are a member it only shows the regular price or their intro first time price.

I was really curious to try out a few different lash styles so I could see what the best look for me would be. The new feature in the app to try on lash styles helped me realize that I didn't want to go with the longest lash style, but that I did want more volume. It helped me share my ideal combination with my stylist Anna so she could see what I was thinking. A picture really is worth 1000 words in this case, because I don't know the right industry words to explain it to her. Previously I tried to explain it but I wasn't very good at knowing what I wanted and what would look good. This app makes it alot easier to show your stylist.

Seriously, the customer service from staff is top notch and the lash work they do, unbelievable you guys. Worth the membership fee. Products are pricey but worth it just get the last wash foam and the wands from the dollar tree or something. But hands down best studio and I've tried many, and hands down best app making it easy to access everything. Love it!!!!

Ugh! Can't use my account online or through this app. I couldn't call so I tried signing in early this morning with lots of after lunch slots. When I tried booking the appt online, it doesn't recognize my credentials, please register. I tried to register, there is already an account for this info, try changing password. I change my password and try signing in but it doesn't recognize my credentials 🤬 Finally free to get out or call, I go to the salon, every appt is booked for the day.

******This is a review of the app not the company Amazing Lash******** The app has begun to not allow me to book appointments. It lets me click book online. Then it talks about terms of service to agree to. And once hitting ok nothing happens. I have an easier and more pleasant time calling the salon making an appointment that way. I am about to consider uninstalling the app completely, unless this is resolved.

I can book my appointments so easily! I don't mind who I see for my lashes and love that I can filter out to see only the times I'm available. In a technology minded world, being able to book my lashes on my lunch break without having to pick up the phone is PERFECT!

The Chanhassen, MN app got shut down cuz it was confusing for girls who dont know what they are doing. it was the only way I could schedule appointments without feeling rushed. Its busy ...it's a good, successful place but i need it fixed cuz I looked like a mess(look rn).. and when there are people behind me.. that are waiting to check in and I can't get who i want cuz they dont offer after u pay like they normally do.. when they see how many people are behind me they are stressed and dont ask.. as the worker I get it but its an extra step to call when I'm right there before other people can get the spot i need. That's why I liked the app and its lame now... I'm really mad. I love amazing lash I just know who my favorite stylist is and its not easy to get them with out the app.

I don't find the app useful at all. It does not track my past appointments or let me see who I've seen in the past. It also doesn't allow me to schedule future appointments. Without those features working what is the point of the app?
