so after being forced logged out for the thousandth time, now I can't even login again with it claiming my correct login is wrong, and the remember me checkbox has never worked through the entire life time of this app with how often this happens. login info is also verified correct because the company tablet allowed it with the exact same credentials.

It would be an alright app if they'd quit playing with it every since the updated version you can't scan in paperwork on a Motorola edge+ 2022 with android 12. I either have to use the tablet or my old Motorola phone that has the previous version on it to scan in paperwork. FIX IT AND LEAVE IT ALONE ALREADY!!!! Sure some of the features are great but not when the paperwork option disappears.

Nothing but fustration with this app. Slow. Laggy, doesnt log you in, cant submit trip envelopes. Old app worked. Tried to find trailer with this app, showed it was 109 miles away from actual location, doesnt show your location, accuracy is bad. Overall, zero stars, start over, for a company that claims to be on the leading edge, this is no where close to that edge. Come on Werner, everyone expects better.

Pretty awful. Honestly worse than the old app in every measurable way. It will not save settings on the map for the driver selected pins, you can't copy address of pinned locations from app, it shows single pins for multiple locations, it shows your most recent paycheck total without a PIN required (major security issue likely.) Today (10/23/21) the app refuses to generate a trip envelope. It is slower, less stable, less intuitive, and takes up more space.

Nice facelift, extremely annoying the app does not keep me logged in, the map is clunky, you can no longer copy and paste the address, would have been nice to include an advanced search filter to find your preferred approved fuel stop ( such as loves) instead of tapping and closing on every fuel stop that you're not going to stop at. I like to scan in the bills after each trip is complete, I've noticed a lot more freezing and lag with this app compared to the old one.

Edit: can finally gen paperwork on android... Honestly the app is terrible, I'm disappointed to have to use this app for my job. It barely loads account info, no error messages or user feedback when there is an issue. Overall the app needs a ton of work on the back end (server side) and is poorly optimized for low bandwidth usage. Good luck using it. Please fix pop up boxes, make them cancellable when there is an issue loading. For those having issues, try clearing app storage.

Unbelievable. Ive spent an hour trying to familiarize myself with this and cannot find one thing that is better than the old app. Look, feel, and ease of use of the interface are all worse. Clunky. Had to un/reinstall when locations did not list in Maps. Safety Miles doesnt seem to work. The Pay selection has an additional step. Have yet to find where contact number for my fleet mgr is located. Why do this? The former app is more advanced than the latter. Just unbelievable.

I think that regular updates to fix bugs and improve usability will make this app favorable to use over the old one. For myself, the map is slow to load or doesn't load at all, the UI could use more finesse, I think the layout of the old app is preferred compared to this one. I would like to see developments on this that would make using it less of a headache andore user friendly. The intuitive side of the application is lacking in a few areas. Log in page could be improved.
