The only problem I have with wingo is that buying a ticket can be tricky because they auto-add options, such as seat selection and baggage, and it's not immediately clear how to switch the options off, having to hunt through the page to see what's adding the additional fees and how to remove. Good experience with the airline otherwise. Cancun to Medellin and back twice now. No problems for me or anyone else on the flight. Easy going, no stress.

Extremely dificult to book flights. If you are lucky enough to get some of your data entered, it may all disappear when you try to go back for corrections. Developers should look at other travel sites for inspiration. Others that work great and are easy to use are copa, spirit, american, and united.

There's an error everytime you try to change your phone number during check-in. Flag never changes, and emergency contact always says there's an error on the phone number. I cannot get pass through this screen.

Unreliably slow and doesn't function properly. My ticket included one route change, but I couldn't change because the app as well as the website have "technical difficulties. Try again later"

Amazing. It does not let me pay for the extra luggage I will be carrying...and on top of that, it does not allow me to do online check in because I have an outstanding balance! So I pay more, both for the luggage at the counter and due not having done check in.... Genius

The only way this app could be worse is if it would not open. No wait...that would be better because it would not be a waste of time. It is slow, buggy, and constantly tricks you into buying upgrades

The app is not working in English. The app seem to be trying to access some strings, but can't find them. It's not possible to change to Spanish either... and the issue persists as of today.

Mobile boarding pass "feature" does NOT work in app. I have tried with 2 different android phones and the same negative result, Wingo App does NOT fetch/return any mobile boarding pass.
