This would have to be the worst app ever invented. It is difficult to navigate and none of it follows any logic. I would give it zero if I could.

This app is awful and needs serious work. Impossible to register. List of things you need to work on: Date of birth entries - no one wants to have to click through every single month back to the year your child was born. Make individual drop down options for day/month/year. Watch your wording - it says search for competition - which I assumed was searching for the actual competition my child is in (the netball association). It should say "search for CLUB" because that's what you need to find before you go any further. Then I got through all the registration details, a lot of which were unneccessary information with no option to opt out (you really don't need to know a favourite netball team or player, and if she doesn't have a medical condition I shouldn't have to type N/A in every box just so it won't scream at me for not filling something in). Then it got stuck and wouldn't let me progress to payment. Literally couldn't move the page except to click on "back". I mean, do you even attempt using the app yourselves before you release it to see if it works? I gave up and did it on my laptop on Chrome. This whole registration process needs to be way easier. For example, my daughter played last year, for the same club. I would have loved to have logged in and just retrieved her details and registered rather than having to start from scratch.

So many things unavailable in this app/system compared to MyNetball. 1. To put players in multiple teams (eg players benching for older teams), they have to register multiple times. No other sports system requires this. 2. The results interface is horrible. Shows final scores only. 3. Really clunky to use as an administrator. Every time I ask how to do something I could do in MyNetball, answer is that it is not available. Admins can't help users like we could in MyNetball. Just awful.

This must be one of the worst apps of any kind I have ever tried to use. It doesn't do anything it is meant to do. Adding team members, registering, scoring, none of the features work. And now I can't even open the app anymore as it tells me there is an update available, redirects me to the store to download the update (Which I already have) and when I get there, I click open and it directs me back to the app where I am circled back to the app store.

Impossible to navigate. The app has cemented Nissan State age as my team and I cant search for other competitions while its there, nor can I remove it. I have logged out and in again, uninstaller the app and reinstalled it and the same thing keeps happening. At the moment I can't use it at all which is really frustrating when you have a child playing rep and need to constantly add different comps.

Don't waste your time downloading! Impossible to use, Nothing on this app works like it should. Has nothing to do with our club or the organisation we play under not updating results, i can't even add the team let alone see scores, draws or ladders on the app. Need to upgrade a registration so child can play juniors and seniors but like everything else, it can't be done.

Apart from all the other issues everyone else keeps reporting, it's showing my game times in the wrong time zone. I'm in QLD and so is the competition I play in. My phone is set to auto date/time and is showing QLD time. So why are all my games from next week onward showing in daylight saving time? There are no app settings that I could find to change this either. Time zone handling should be a fundamental thing to get right, especially when game times are a pretty major reason to use this app.

Used this app all the time for my daughters netball was difficult to use but got it sorted. .that was until I updated the app and now it won't load. I have unistalled and reinstalled several time and just keep getting to the same screen saying " something went wrong , try again later" I have tried several time over several days and it's still the same issue.
