My brother has had issues with this app while trying to make a transaction and forgot his pin and the account has been blocked and unable to access his fund. This is not good and he's unable to contact anyone even via email. What can be done?

A lot of room for improvement!!! Setting up the app was relatively easy. However, customer support needs to be proactive - no response is ever given to email sent to them. They should also explore probably allowing use of a chatting platform for support issues resolution. I can't link any of my accounts for easy Wallet funding. This is second day running I've sent money to the collection account for funding - no fund in my Wallet and no support acknowledgement of receipt.

The App isn't ready for the market because most activities on the app are explained poorly which could cause you to loose your money (as in my case). I believe the platform itself isn't fully staffed, since they don't respond to email on time. Kindly revert this app to it's testing phase until you are ready to run a business.

The erroneous Transaction I made was corrected and reflected in my wallet.. Thank you for the show of integrity. I have more confidence in dealing with this app. However, there still needs to be a valid contact for customer relations. That is why I withheld one star ⭐.

It is very useful to me but for an app that deals with people's monies it should at least have a working and responsive customer care. Today 28/10/20, I made a transfer from my Zenith Bank Account number to my wallet. My bank was debited, transaction successful but my wallet wasn't credited at all. I've sent Xcel several messages but as usual no response. Please Xcel, respond to my mails and credit my wallet account. Please, please, I need to make an urgent transaction. Please, please, please
