This is a horrible app and yet it appears to be the only way to access my season tickets for the games. In week 1, the app didn't work and after contacting them, they fixed it. Again in week 3, the app was again broken. I had to borrow someone's iPhone while in line and log in to access my tickets. Guess I'm required to have an iPhone to get into the games.

App crashes when I click on Parking for an event. Pixel 3 Android 9. EDIT: Found the bug. If the phone is rotated to landscape and landscape mode is not system enabled (meaning 90 degree rotated phone is cureently displaying the app in portrait mode) when the user selects 'Parking' in the App the App tries to flip to Landscape mode and then crashes. To reproduce, turn phone horizontal (with app still vertical) and click on 'Parking'. Issue is actually in ParkWhiz.

Latest release 5.3.7 on March 15th crashes every time I try to retrieve my season tickets or try to view my ProShop code. This did not happen with the prior release. I have cleared the cache. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It still crashes every time. This app is terrible. Right now I am unable to retrieve tickets for tonight's game. I am not happy. Submitted information to dev three times, no response. A month later and there's no update, and the app still crashes every time...

The Gillette app makes multiple and very inconvenient added steps completely unnecessary in what would have been, in its absence, a far simpler process. For that reason I will not purchase any ticket through your poor Gillette Stadium app for anything, any event, for which a ticket is required at Gillette Stadium. Your app sucks. Good riddance to you and it!

Just tried to open the app and it states that there is a required update. When I go to the app Google Play Store, it says there is not an update. I tried to uninstall & reinstall and now it says my device (Samsung Galaxy S8 Active) is not supported. This is unacceptable considering the home opener is tomorrow. The new digital ticket system is total garbage. Fix the app now and bring back the paper tickets.

I have fixed my tickets from the bug this app has!!! For those of you struggling do the following.... Go to your phone settings Choose apps Choose storage Clear data (not just cache) Go back into the app It should have you start the app as if it's brand new. Go through the prompts enabling all notifications and Location. Go to my tickets Sign in to your account. Hopefully this helps!!!!

horrific. has not worked properly for more than a couple days at a time. 3 home games and 1 preseason you'all should have scrubbed the bugs by now. The associates at the ticket office and those in the "Help Tents" at gillette have been great. but honestly - this app has been a disaster. Today i will have to reach out AGAIN to the tix office to resurrect my account. signed, a stressed out, long time, season ticket holder

If you are going to force us to use mobile ticketing, you could have made your app less trash. It doesn't connect half the time, forces you to sign in several times, and is extremely unreliable. I've been to Atlanta for a game and their app runs rings around yours despite beng developed earlier.
