Won't load the game and when it does it won't go full screen. Has to keep bars at the top and bottom, so you can't see the whole picture. NFL getting greedy, so I had to use this app to watch the preseason game. One of the worst experiences I've ever had streaming a game. Pixelated and slow on top of not being able to see the entire picture if I have it turned sideways. I watch RedZone on my phone every year without an issue but this app doesn't work correctly

The app is awful and always has been awful. From ticketing to having any sort of use in the stadium. The latest issue is apparently something is in my cart that is no longer available so since I can't edit my cart and the unavailable product isn't listed I just can never order from it. It just gives an error message I can't fix.

Can't do anything with it at this point. Update only made it worse. 10-08-24 Between the constant errors and giving me last year's schedule, this app is still garbage.

Now that all games aren't broadcast locally, this is the only way to watch them without subscribing to a cable package. Except it's terrible. Doesn't turn off screen saver, like every other video app in existence, so you need to touch the screen constantly to keep it working. And you can't cast to a TV. It could work, but they won't allow it. We bought them a stadium with our taxes, part of the deal was to broadcast the games locally to those of us who paid those taxes, and they've reneged on it with the lousy app.

This app only half works. My dad and I have been trying to watch the game, and since we don't get cable TV, we tried this instead. If he even got the stream working, if he went to the home menu or his phone went into sleep mode, the app would never play a live game until it was reinstalled. Mine never pulled up the stream, just a blank white box. The only thing that actually works is the news tab and highlights. Also the stream does not keep the phone it's playing on from locking.

This app had 5 stars from me, but has totally lost its value this year. Most links lead to the wrong video clips or articles. Article clips lead to videos...video links lead to wrong videos... Worse than the new nonfunctionality are the suffocating ads. A full non-closable 30 second ad, or if you're lucky, 15 second ad at least 2 out of every 3 clicks. Content of the app has always been awesome, but whatever engine/background changes have been recently made have been catastrophic. Revert!

The Seahawks app on Android needs a lot of work. First of all, the app constantly crashes. Everytime I open it, it asks for me to enable certain settings even if I select Yes, they do not seem to save in the app settings for some reason. Second, once past that initial question screen, I most of the time only see the backdrop and the app content does not load. I mainly use the regular website to follow now. (Yes my Android phone is always kept up to date and I install all available app updates.)

For the past 3 years, I've never gotten a barcode nor an option to send them to Google Wallet. Seahawks customer service is great, but they don't understand the problem. Every game it is a trip to Will Call to have them text the tickets to me. Please fix this on going problem.
