Slow... So slow... The app takes forever to complete any tasks. Was probably ported from iOS and instead of properly coding it for Android, the port is just brutally slow an inefficient. Anything attached to Ticketmaster is usually junk, so not a surprise.

When I try to access tickets, a box pops up saying my session has expired, and then gets stuck on a loop telling me expired. No option to sign back in, can't use the back arrow, I have to close the app just to get back in and then I get the same error. Even tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Same issue. Complete garbage. Do better.

Completely unnecessary and useless. Ticketmaster app would be fine. Oilers app would be fine. A specific venue does not need its own ticketing app.

Would give a zero if I could. App won't let you sign in any account (ticket Master or oilers account manager) as it says you are always offline with no internet. I am an IT professional and I can certify my phone is indeed connected to the internet. This app is useless and as such I have tickets I now cannot use because some tool decided to remove the ability to print tickets to hard copy for issues that arise such as this. ALWAYS GIVE A PRINT OPTION!!!! Paper never stops working.. .

The Rogers Place app is pretty hotdog-water because now you're forced to have your tickets on your app to get it to work. And guess what?! If your phone is in another language (ours was in Chinese), you can't connect/login to your Oilers or RP account! So if you're struggling with connecting, try switching back to English instead. Developers of the app - please fix this as this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen overlooked.

The food and beverage menus are severely out of date, the loyalty rewards part only load sometimes and you can't give feedback about the concessions because the link doesn't work. If I didn't need to use it to scan my tickets at the gate I would never use this app.

This app must be uninstalled and re-installed just to run properly everytime. It won't refresh, it won't populate any info after closing it after the first use... It's literally the worst app on my phone and easily the worst app I've ever used and have to use to access my tickets. Rating of 0 if I could.

Just installed today, was working after install but now when I try to open it a few hours later I get the message "Roger's place has stopped working" and it closes. I was excited for Oilers notifications. I reinstalled and it worked again - briefly. LAME.
