Zero stars. Hate this whole app and every time I use it the feelings grow deeper and more passionate. User experience is bad. App is slow and stalls or shuts down with nearly every use. When I am uploading a receipt from my camera roll it often takes three or four attempts because the app automatically logs out so quickly. The way the app is organized and laid out is inefficient and clumsy. Too many clicks and pages and force stops to get even one freaking thing done quickly.

App is utterly useless, crashes immediately upon login in on my Samsung s23. I've cleared app cache, reinstalled the app etc, and it keeps doing the same thing. Not a good look

Keeps crashing. Can't even get past login. As soon as I enter the two-step security code and click continue, it just crashes. Samsung Galaxy S21.

Absolutely terrible app and company to deal with. Need to update personal info, won't let me. I've contacted them multiple times to change my address and REMOVE MY EX-WIFE but they never do. The stupid app keeps crashing every time I try anything. Get notifications that I need to submit information they should already have. Tells me to click on "claims" button. BUTTON DOESN'T EVEN EXIST IN THE APP!!!! Why do I need to submit date of service, patient name, services rendered, and amount?

I despise this app. 😡 It only allows you to do a single action at a time, takes a long time to switch between actions. It doesn't allow you to edit photos when submitting receipts. It doesn't allow you to zoom in on the photos to check the receipts, once you've submitted them. I can't find a way to remove the receipts, if you accidentally attach them to the wrong item. It doesn't change the status of a claim that requires a receipt once you add one. Very frustrating app.

When taking pictures for documentation, why would it always pop up with the front facing camera? Came here to get them to address this.... I'm sure there is more.

I put receipts on your app then two weeks later you send me a threatening message about the same charge I should never get a threatening letter after I have put a receipt on your app!
