Overall it's not that bad just a bit clunky. I'd make it so you can see who did your past appts to make it easier to keep up with your favorite therapists and would also make it so you could choose multiple therapists on the page for scheduling so you don't have to go back and forth over and over. Maybe also make it so you can favorite which therapists you like and/or the appt template.

My appointment was at 4pm and unfortunately the gal didn't come out to get me until 414.. by the time we walked back to her room and I started to change 415 clock on counter. One minute she was rubbing my neck and then she stopped and said my massage was complete asked how did I feel? I sat up and looked at the clock.. 502pm! I felt rushed and frustrated... I usually don't complain but considering the time and I did give her a tip!! Hopefully you can be discreet and not mention my name .

App often doesn't work. It always says an update is needed even after you update. Why make such a frustrating experience for people looking for relaxing experiences?

Great business, but the app is trash. Most of the time it's unusable with a loading bug. When it does work, therapist are missing, you can't see schedules, some of the services don't even populate any availability for any therapists at all. All around just a bad experience. No reason to use when their site is decent and staff is pleasant enough to talk to via phone call.

I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It does not help. It tells me email and password are incorrect. Sends me code to change password, then tells me the code is not valid. I have no idea if th he app works because I cannot lig in. I cannot create a "new account" because it has my email connected th ok the account I can't get into. This app is the opposite of what Hand & Stone seeks to provide. It's totally frustration and stress.

This app is terribly buggy. Services keep disappearing as an option, and so I have to call up anyway. Don't like the flow of how to make an appt either. Please completely redesign this app. Are 20, 2024 after the issue is still not fixed. No 90 minute massage upgrade for pompton lakes location. Service for every office is different and some don't recognize the payment and membership info across different H&S locations. Why? This app is useless most of the time.
