The old version had this function before, whatever info you'd keyed in, the infos were save automatically, This new version, does not has it. Any incomplete information, a pop-up shown and all information entered were gone, have to rekey in, annoying. Not a user friendly app

I've been using a few 'taman' apps for each of my houses in KL including iCares and iNeighbour, and it's clear that MyTaman has quite some catching up to do. iOS version is much more refined (as we'd expect) but the UX shouldn't be THAT different. Biggest fix would be the 'More' screen loading – why are you forcing the app to load even the 'sections' from DB when you can just bake the them into the app and only load the details? Also, some italic parts uglifies things instead making it elegant.

Jun 2021: Still no update for noticeable notification tone(s)? Sep 2019: l can't find any setting for audio tone for notifications received. It would be good to be able to set a notification "tone of your choice" (instead of a default tone) and be fully aware of incoming notifications. Default tone is generally for routine alerts (of which many are not important or non-urgent messages).

Useful app but contains few bugs. I am using Samsung Note8 running Android P. Unable to update my picture and edit profile. it shows Something went wrong. When click o House Contacts and tried to edit, it was not saved successfully. Then I proceed to click on other menus. It shows loading please wait and back to previous menu. Has to close and relaunch the app for it to act normally again. overall, the app has good potential when these bugs are ironed out.

Cannot catch up with the needs of the community, App owner failed to see the needs, and did NOT go to the fields to see n understand the needs of the community it claims to serve . The Pre Book Visitor features CANNOT catch up with the Needs of the community daily life pattern. It only creates Inconvenience to the residents instead of serving the residents. Re-book can only be done DAILY basis. WHY can't a period of time be allowed to be creates, like the calendar APP entries?

The visitor booking time has a remark which we cannot write anything, i need to pre-inform my guard personally at the guard house first on additional info... not flexible..and in the facilities booking section, when we press on the selected facility, nothing came out and I had to restart the apps all the time.

The app does not synchronise feed properly and need to be hard closed and restarted. Also the attachment quality is pathetic, they are just unreadable and compressed to death. This really need to be improved.

Hi, can you add on a setting on your payment? Please allow user using Tng E-wallet to done transaction, this is very inconvenient for user if without tng e wallet payment. There are many apps on the market starting using Tng E-wallet function as payment, why your system so slow and not efficiency
