Needs improvement, but very useful service in general, good people working in Cota. I suggest an entire revamp of services. For drivers: optional customer tracking and also a way to rate passengers so that Cota can better accommodate people who will actually use the service appropriately. For passengers: A revamp of all services, that being; Customer services times, call center sourcing, GPS routing (which is just bad overall), app software and GUI, but lastly the zoning and overall response.

Ive been using cota plus in grove city since 2020.The cota plus app is the same as using uber or lyft, except it's in defined areas. The time of day, number of people requesting rides and available drivers are all factors. Use Google maps or the transit app for cota fixed route schedules. Know the difference, Cota: big buses. Cota plus: on demand service. Grove city is very busy and needs weekend service.

Overall useful, but the app needs worked on. I tried to get a ride for 10 minutes, and it finally gave me one...with a 29 minute wait. The bus they gave me passed me by 2 minutes earlier and was going almost exactly where I needed to. And this isnt a rare event. I work 5 days a week, using it each time, and this happens at least 2 times a week. Also if you use it, you have to confirm your location first (which is wrong half the time), which is the opposite of most ridesharing apps.

During the first few years it was great. Now it's por arrival time no show ride and or they show don't pick you then lie and say they did the service is going down hill. Don't care for it anymore. I have been left by drivers pulled off in my face. Then they told I was picked up and wasn't. This service has lost my vote.Now they charge for a ride. Go head call Lyft or Uber the service not that great. Lost me period

It works when it works, but you have to choose a pickup and dropoff location in bounds for it to work. Good app to have if youre in the right location, check the COTA Plus website for more info on that.

This app is just as bad as the Cota transportation itself. It never displays real time, the bus your tracking may just disappear off the map, then reappear, later then scheduled. The schedule changes in real time

They do a very good job but sometimes it leaves like up in 2 seconds if you don't come and I really like that cuz they got it for kids grown ups and they have like a limit with the kids have to be home or what they want to get to their destination it ends at 6:00 or sometimes 7:00 sometimes my daughter said they be ending at 8:00

This app is awful! Buses are never available and today the bus that was supposed to pick me up at the airport, picked someone else up at the airport and was going to drop them off on 161 before coming back for me. Terrible!
