New update has ruined the app. Unable to use it at all. The whole app screen seems to be shifted upwards and so the upper row services are not available. Also I am not able to select source and destination stations as they are shifted upwards.

Earlier this app was good, but since last update, it became worst. Three of button icons viz Spot your train etc are totally vanished. When open Train between stations icon, to choose stations from and to are not shown thus NO ENQUIRY CAN BE DONE. Now the app has become TOTALLY USELESS 🪴

After the latest update, the reponsive screen layout of the app is not scaling according to my Phone's screen size. As a result the icons in the first row got hidden under the NTES banner and became non-functional.

Since the latest update the first 3 buttons of the home screen are under the NTES ribbon for some strange reason! So, I just can't use the most important features like spot your trains, etc. Now, it has become totally unusable.

After new update, user interface screen aspect ratio is disturbed as top button has gone way too upside, which cannot be tapped into by users. Correct this error ASAP otherwise this app will be of no use than.

It's really a very good app, I am using it for long time. But recently It's not displaying properly in Oppo mobile & NTES Orange Bar cover the menu options Kindly resolve the issue

This app used to be very good for years. But after recent android update the menu bar in the top has come down a little hiding the options rendering the app useless
