Needs a lot of improvement but didn't face any OTP issue. Was able to create account easily. But few of the initial observations are submit button doesn't work easily, you need to switch to other complaint options rail to station option, then you might be able to. Secondly, you can't open camera for uploading images. But at the end, it is a useful app that every passenger must have.

Pros. Unlike what others claimed, I did receive the OTP. It solved my issue. Cons. The photos take time to upload and u r left clueless about what's happening. It would reassure the user if the app shows that the photo is being uploaded. The second issue I faced was it doesn't let u track ur complaint from the app itself. U get an sms with ur tracking id. And my third issue was that I received a message stating that I've received a call. Which wasn't true. But ya the app worked for me.

I heard about it to be useful online and download the app. I couldn't even sign up. The first time it was prompted to enter the OTP, but I didn't receive the OTP even after ten minutes. when I tried to register again it started showing "user exist". much annoyed. The administration has to address this issue which many people face..

super Hopeless app. Want to complaint about ticketing app uts but its not letting me to login not even sign up. Wastage of time and money. still this app is useless. how one can register complaint??? uts app doesn't want people to lodge complaint because both these apps are useless and hopeless. my money deducted from UPI payment but ticket not booked and uts displaying msg not able to fetch UPI app. now refund my money back.

Camera or Upload button often requires multiple clicks to open, which negatively affects the user experience. By making the camera and upload file button faster in this app, the application can be significantly improved, making it more helpful for people. 👍 Really great work for our railways and a helpful application for many people facing daily life during traveling. and Thanks for Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).

Useless. I had been riding in east coast express that was late by 3:30 hr. I had booked my ticket in sleeper class. In my coach some passengers were smoking continuously. I went here and there to find TTE but didn't find him. Called 139 but that was busy too. So maintain the service properly and take care of passengers

This app was a saviour for my friend last year, but now when I am using it, totally unexpected and annoyed. I am trying to lodge a complaint for so long and still it's always showing complaint*. Even after train is at halt I logged out, and login was not happening (ghee on the fire). Please fix the app asap.
