I was trying tofay to order a cab. First it showed me that driver will arrive in 1 minute and where is the driver on the map. Afterwards 2 minutes waiting, same driver in other location. I have texted/chat in the app the driver-no answer; also tried to call, no answer. You could not reject that driver and search for others-also not being able to rate the driver for this behaviour. Disappointed, not very efficient app, unfortunately. I will give it 1 or 2 more tries, hoping for improvement.

no data collected? really? could people actually read the tos and not be stupid? it literally says when you first enter the app that it collects your names, email adress and phone number. further more, it also says that it runs in the background and collects info which is a major privacy invasion. it does say that it doesn't sell any info to third parties, but I wouldn't trust that. overall a bad app, please DO NOT install

It's a garbage. I activate the 15 lei discount and when I arrived at the destination I had to wait with the taxi driver to see what it's happening in the rain for about another 7 minutes that it's everything ok but the app was blocked on my side and he did not see the money or what he should see at the finish of the drive... I said to him that I already paid from the app( with the voucher). The destination was 12 lei. He finally accepted that was a problem with the app and has gone.

I had some trouble with canceled orders when I switched apps. I don't know if the driver cancelled or it's a problem with the app.

Works great and it is very intuitive. Was pleasantly surprised it works with foreign numbers as well. Highly recommended!
Loving Life
My first and last experience with gocab was awful. The car was incredibly dirty, I could smell and I inhaled the dirt even though I had a FFP2 mask. The driver wasn't helpful at all. So I won't use this app again. I'm sooo disappointed!!!

too expensive, the worst drivers are all in this app,most of them are gipsys, comission fee to high, since they started accepting ride sharing cars it's even worse. do not recomend at all.
