[Update] Since I bought this is 2021 it has never gotten a firmware update and no new features. Gets 1 star unless this gets fixed. Security nightmare in these times. [Old review] This system is okay and it works really good if you have a smooth, well lubricated lock. If you have an old lock it's a nightmare and will fail often. My problem is that it isn't integrated with Google! Why do you even bother making this lock if you don't integrate it with smart assistants? That's half the point!

A good lock, with a few smart features. Installation took all about 8 mins (manual + videos helped). Calibration was smooth. Lock works as intended and advertised. Press&Go is a great feature. Features desired: 1. Door alert (currently in beta, but doesn't work for me at all) 2. Auto lock / unlock option (or at least a notification) based on GPS location 3. Integration with Google Home

Decent lock and installation, nice with the double tap to lock after 8 seconds. Sadly this isnt described in the app or manual. Im also sad to report that basic features like auto unlock and timed locks are missing.. Also there is no integrations toward either google assistant or home assistant. Calling this product a smart lock in its current state is a strech if you ask me, even with the hub installed. Makes no difference to me if its a key or a phone i have to pull out to open the door... Fix

I was excited about Glue when I heard about it so I ordered a kit with WiFi Hub. Lock installation was easy, but I was shocked when I found out it does not support any integration - which means I would have to enable bluetooth or connect to my special Smart Home WiFi to use it (it is a hidden SSID WiFi where I don't connect anything else than smart home devices). It's a bummer, but its totally my own fault - I didn't do enough research before buying. If you want a totally smart lock, skip the Glue until they get their integrations ready. I'm talking about Google Home, IFTTT - all of that magic is totally missing. Right now I'm looking into returning this to the shop cause I can't really automate anything on it...

Worked fine, until last update. Now it requires constant recalibration of the lock. Lock status can also end up switched. It states the lock is locked but it is actually unlocked and vice versa. This in turn has led to me not having any trust and always having to check manually if the door is truly locked before leaving. Reset the hub, but now it won't connect to my wifi. In the app I can never get past "trying to connect ".

I've submitted several bug reports now that the app doesn't work on Android, every time i use the app to unlock i have to force close the app or the subsequent unlock won't register and the app will just load. I suggest you fire every single programmer you have employed seeing how they can't fix this trivial issue. Sincerely, a good programmer.

The lock works fine until it suddenly starts to reverse (lock becomes unlock and vise versa. Both in the app and with double-tap-on the lock). A calibration solved it a month ago and I'm sure a calibration will solve it this time as well. But it's a dangerous bug that could cause a lot of damage.

Looks a lot better! Hoping we'll get some of the new features soon. Like auto unlock of the door. The previous app was spot on telling me 'welcome home' every time I approached my apartment. I just wish it would unlock the door as well. Good luck guys. Will update this review once you have added some new features.
