Love the restaurant but this app is bad. I ordered delivery and even left a tip for the driver, but when the restaurant received the order it was for an in-store pickup and the tip for the driver was still being charged. That's unacceptable. Fortunately the restaurant made good and refunded the driver tip. I'm still a customer but I'm uninstalling this app.

Would like to see more editing available to orders. ie; ability to select light or no seasoning on grilled vegetables or salmon. Some people would like to reduce or eliminate salt to their selections. Also, often, the salmon is overcooked by varying degrees. Nobody wants dry or tough fish.

9/10 times works fine then it just won't. When it works on the Samsung 20 it is great to have although the store often misses the order details like side dressing. Also needs a button for extra dressing.

The food is great but the app is just poorly designed, there's buttons missing sometimes or just awkwardly laid out, I would add food but it wouldn't be in my cart, etc.

Works great! On Promos, only tells you what it is when you apply it to your order. Seems that when ordering in person, pre-virus times, my pts were always added after completing the order

First time user. Only complaint was that I could not view all 5 orders in my cart, only 2. Tried scrolling to no avail. Need to be able to review the whole order please.

Love Doc Greens!! The app is also super easy to use and allows you to add notes, like to sub regular ranch for the chipotle ranch and I appreciate that.

They took croutons off of the build your own salad options. But croutons are available at the restaurant so that makes no sense.
