Great idea, horrible execution. The onboarding process is quite long, especially if you join after tickets have been released for that month. They rope you in with a cheap deal (e.g., try for £9.99–£15 for the first month), then the price jumps back up to £40. My biggest complaint is that it's relatively impossible to cancel. The process to due so is confusing—as is with booking events and signing up. Again, it's a great idea, and the events I was given were cool, but the app and its UX is awful

Idea is good and hence why I decided to try. However, paying the full price does not justify the activities that you get (although some are good). My biggest issue was the difficulty to book the activity. You need to go through the app, then through the vendors website, then await confirmation... no, thank you, I have not got the time to be playing with booking systems so I may as well just purchase directly and book easily. Now the app does not work at all. Poor.

Unnecessary app. Kept crashing over an over. It worked fine for the first few hours then stopped working all together!! I couldn't book my other tickets and I've been charged for a second month. £65 for a golf experience is not ideal. There is NO information on the app around when the next charge month is, and to cancel the subscription. The app is just to book tickets and even that is useless and faulty.

Dreadful! Automatically renewed, but only informed the day before when it was too late to cancel. Trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare! Most of the activities you can sort out yourself anyway! Best advice is just avoid! Don't want to say things like that as I'd love unique things like these to be successful, shame this one isn't!

Terrible app, that keeps crashing, designed and run by a shady company. I would give zero stars if I could. It took almost 2 months for me to have access to the app (to leave the waiting room), never got the promised tickets, but the money was still being taken by them. It's almost impossible to unsubscribe. They make it harder and harder. Do not use it!!!!!

Nice idea, questionable implementation. I really like the idea, plus there's a good selection of tickets at a reasonable price. However, the app is pretty shoddy, and doesn't always work. That said, my experience with the customer service has been good - they've not fixed everything immediately but it's not been a lot of effort on my part to get things sorted, so you can tell they're trying. Hopefully with a few more updates the whole experience will be a lot more seamless!
