This apps has the worst UX, so much misleading copy and button. The interface is also confusing. I have to make sure over and over before proceed my order to the next action. The pin point also the worst, I have typed the exact address include street number but what appear is different. Please consider the UX in the first place, Anteraja is become one of the reliable courier option but when it comes to apps experience it makes me want to use another option. Thanks.

First and perhaps the last time i will use this service. Not the worst cause the good is still safely arrived. But the experience is exhausting, from the bad tracking system (yes you do have a bad one sir) to how helpless the customer have to wait for feedback which never came and eventually have to call the customer service to received the same message that they are on going investigation just to tell you where the position of the good (since the tracking system doesnt work).

Please Anteraja, just focus on logistic system, not an App. It's useless, imagine like you have a slowest car, but the key is luxurious. Your mobile app is great, but not your logistic system. People don't want to use your services, even if you have a great and easy-use App. If you want to focus on logistic look-a-like digital service, please improve your backbone system, that is YOUR LOGISTIC SYSTEM.

worst logistic service ever. you have committed to pickup the package on the set schedule but you are the one who didn't pick up the package on time! my first and last time using this service

The app is not easy to use, too many button to click. You can't combo your payment, can't use sakuaja with other payment app. And it get worse when they didn't pickup my package in time. It says they will pick up around 14-16, i waited till 1630 and still there are no driver to pickup the package. Cancel the order, and the refund system still manual, you have to fill the form etc etc.

The app works well. But it is very disturbing that it requires too many permission on my phone: contacts, location, management of all files (all files? why?), etc.. and even worse all those are made mandatory (I believe technically the app could work without all those privilege to my phone). I decided not to use this app.

Bad respond, i already order for twice because my package didn't pick up. I also report to their CS and they said just wait. But till now, they still didn't pick up yet without any confirmation. Wasting Time!

Good app interface, user friendly. But need improvements on tracking status, it is not real time, sometimes not updated. And you could as well erase your Next Day service, it rarely arrives the next day; its useless and unreliable, because it's just the same with regular service. If you are unable to provide such express service, better dont give your customers that option. Bad Customer Service, barely helpful, not prompt on responding. Not the courier I would choose to send something important.
