Worst app I have ever seen in my life. I have tried more than 1000 times to login for ekyc for INO. But I am only getting error, error and error. Please do proper testing before releasing to the production.

Never been disappointed in any facility this much as I've gotten with this one. From the past 35 days, I'm constantly trying to authenticate my face with this failure they have provided in the play store. Like, seriously, I've been trying to authenticate it everyday, more than 50-60 times, but no success. On the top of that, it's been a month and 20 days since the last update was rolled out. Good job NIC and NSP for strategizing the successful reduction of renewal application this year.🥲

I feel like if an app isn't properly tested it shouldn't be rolled for public use and that too a government app. Been trying to login for past few days only to be stuck in the same page time and time again with no indication of what was wrong or how to proceed . The worst app ever.

Highly disappointed. I have been trying to login nearly more than twenty times but everything in vain. Everytime I enter my Application Id and password and click on login it takes me nowhere. There is no problem from my side. Then who am I supposed to blame?

Worst app. face authentication for institute not working. Just throwing annoying java exception. NIC should immediately look into it.

It's so annoying. nsp is continuously sending msgs to do the authentication, but this stupid app is going nuts . It's not logging in even after trying 100 times. Fix this or just remove that authentication process. We try to get scholarships to study, and this kind of app makes it so difficult to get what we need ! The government and the app authorities need to fix this 😑

Disappointed! I have entered all the correct details, and it ends up loading the same login page. Frequently getting messages to complete face authentication but where to do it?? Aadhar face rd is not working for my device. What more can i do?? Uhh! Tired of trying.
