At first, it seemed great, but after a day, it was easy to see that the app was poor with very limited information and poor updates, from busses not showing on the app to busses padding us and not stopping as had i formed us of wrong stops. For a company that dominates the island being the only bus service, you would expect a perfectly working app!!!!

I love using the southern vectis app whenever I visit the island. The live tracking and times are always accurate, and the mobile ticket purchasing is always smooth and simple. The journey planner is a life saver for people like me that are only visiting the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love this app; it has everything you need to get about on the Island, updates you with diversions, consise timetables, even recommendations for things to do and how to get there on the bus! It also makes buying tickets easy- basically all you need if you're using public transport 😀

I love being able to see the live app where the buses are moving and you can tell how fat away they are. The bus drivers are.mostly very tolerant and kind about my dog. I marvel about their driving skills on these small roads and find them so very kind and welcoming. Thank you very much, for, such a good service. It reallly cheers me up to be aided in getting around with my dogs.

Good, but it can be complicated to use. Uses up data, so I can't keep it running long. But it is invaluable as there are constant updates on the progress of each bus .
