It seems like it will be a great app. But its only still in development. When you hit "schedual a ride" its blank and at the bottom it tells you to select a provider. The app is a little confusing but will be able to do a lot! Just under developed. Work on it more to get bugs and things of that sort out

I have a cab ever morning and I made a profile and it doesn't show anything about my upcoming cabs or history of the ones I took. And I have one scheduled every morning. I'm honestly not sure how to set it up though. So maybe I'll read more into it and ask around. Then be able to 5 star. Sorry guys. :(

This app demands to many permissions and send to be quite intrusive on a phone. I just don't understand the permissions it's asking for, why directly call phone numbers or read phone status and identity? Why contacts or run at startup. And will keep itself running 24/7 in the background to the point of wasting about 10-25% of your battery life.

The app quit working it doesn't show my upcoming rides . the map is ok. It was working fine and now it's not

Between the inability to even edit your profile or access the option to turn GPS on in the app (even if it's on before starting the app, it think I'm all the way in ghana), and the company's well-known unreliability and habit of abruptly canceling trips with no notice at the last second, I marvel at A&D still being in business.

Does not work on Android 11. I've created a profile but nothing appears in my trips, also the app requires permission to make phone calls?! Why? On top of that it runs constantly, wasting power unless it's force closed. I don't know why it needs to do that.

App is always wrong, they are either earlier than it says, always late or never shows up at all. But it's not the drivers faults it the companys fault for not actually scheduling rides on the day they are called in but 30 minutes before appointment time. They make the drivers pay for gas then make the drivers foot the bill if a client doesn't show. I scheduled my ride a month ago and you didn't have enough time to get me a ride.

This is the worst taxi company ever!!! They never pick up on time, they don't answer the phone and when they do they are rude asf!! Never again will I be using this service! Idc if I'm dying I'll walk before they get my business again. If I could get it negative stars I most definitely would!!! Horrible horrible experience every time!!! Never again!!!
