I love the app because its user friendly. My only issue is with the delivery charges. Delivery fee is charged on every item I select on the menu. I don't understand if the order is from the same restaurant why does each item has its own delivery fee? This is very discouraging as it now forces me to limit what l order and go for the cheapest item on the menu just to pay less. Perhaps you could look into this, people like me out there may be able to make bigger orders 😕

I keep on getting error while trying to verify my number and/email. it can just not get me signed up despite receiving the confirmation code. First time BAD user experience and I don't think I am ever going to use it again.

Something in your app needs to change. Interphase 1 should at least have the food you offer. So that when a potential client is set to click the order button, they have with them what they need to order. Not what's there, by the time one gets to the list variety, you are already tired of using the app. So you are just pushing yourself to finish.

Rider marks order as complete but he is nowhere to be seen. I go outside three times looking for him. He doesn't pick calls, and when he does he is very rude and hangs up. doesn't pick any more calls after that. I try to contact support, no response but I'm being asked to rate my order that I never received. Account deleted, this was the last straw.

I'm pretty certain that I ordered a deep dish pizza but received a thin crust pizza. The app doesn't allow you to view the completed order details so I wasn't able to verify that it was a mistake. I tried the "order again" option, hoping I could see the order details that way but after multiple attempts it would not load the order and froze each time. Also, the pizza was mediocre at best. The wings were decent.

Seems to function on moods. All was well with the app for the majority of the year, until today when they decided that my order would take 2 and a half hours to get to me. It would be understandable if they had reached out and explained the "apparent predicament". Delays are unpredictable and natural in life. But choosing to keep loyal customers in the dark and waiting for them to call you so you can lie about 10 minutes that becomes nearly 45 minutes is far from ideal. Terrible user experience!

Really good, I just seem to have a problem with knowing the exact rider position when I'm trying to track the order, the rider position doesn't seem to update immediately

My first experience was good but after that terrible. I was given a voucher, put all the details but when I was just about to make the payment it disappeared. The customer care also not helpful, all they could say was wait for 30mins for the app to refresh. Like who has all that time to wait? Very bad user experience.
