Before i "updated" it worked well. There's a little bit of lag between the movement and when it shows on the screen. After the newest update, it will not open at all. Instant crash. Please, until this is resolved, make the last version available so i can go back to using it. Latest Android version running on moto z2 force. Only reason i gave it three stars, is the functionality when it was working. Lastly, please work toward a different video format. Videos will not work outside app.

THIS IS A FIX (WORKAROUND) FOR THE APP CLOSING ISSUE!! I originally purchased these drones @ a deep discount at Walmart and have found them decent for learning/training. ProMark is now out of business and gone completely. Hope is NOT lost! This EXACT drone was manufactured and sold under SEVERAL different brands!! The HolyStone brand is one that is still made so parts are available AND THEIR APP LOOKS & WORKS BETTER then the Promark!!! I was out at the park for some flying time and found out about the APP closing and was beyond MAD! I installed the "HS GPS PRO" app, selected the Model that looks like our ProMark GPS drones, and everything worked great!! The camera view (view while flying) actually looked sharper and I liked the layout better. You will have to turn Beginner Mode off again, and setup your distances again but its a better app in my opinion and it sure beats not being able to fly!! App for Promark & HolyStone are made by same developer. I would REALLY like to believe the issue with the ProMark app is unintentional but they have a lot of bad press. Hope this helps some others out there!

The app works great on my ZTE mobile device and on my HUAWEI BG2-W09 TABLET All the necessary controls are clearly displayed. Available options are quick start step by step tutorial for RESET and GPS preflight setup, Controls descriptions, Learn to o fly, Photos/Videos, and Support. Note Online support from PROMARK or SKYMARK is no longer available. For replacement parts check Amazon, eBay. This app is a companion to the main remote controller it cannot fly the drone independantly.

Can't get it to connect to my phone or wifi, lights continue to blink red. Been trying to get everything to work and it's really starting to piss me off. Sent message to the developer, hopefully I will get a response and solution to fix the problem. This is the second request for assistance with my GPS Promark Drone, can't connect to my phone, keep saying no Internet connection, showing batteries are dead. What do I need to do, thank you.

The drone Flys great, the video recording is a little Jerky, but ok, my problem is with the app settings, when I take it off beginner mode it won't save my new parameters, it just freezes on the word saving but won't complete my save! So I can't get the full enjoyment out of the drone since I'm limited to only a 30m parameter! This is very disappointing! Plz fix this bug!! And I'll change to a 5 star rating ty

The drone itself is choppy it says 500 meters but if you want a clear picture stay around 30 meters and the app worked amazing on my cheep smart phone but upgraded my phone and now it takes forever to link and the content wont save to my phone. whats the point of taking videos if the only way you can look at them is thru the app iteslf, what if i want to post them online. i did give it three stars because the app itself is really easy to use theres tutorials on everything for the beginners

This app stopped working! After the last update all the app does is begin to start then it shuts down. What this means is that you can no longer set the geo-fencing for the quad. (not sure if it reverted back to default parameters or kept the last ones that were saved), you can no longe take pics or record video (being that the only way to view your prior vids was thru the app you can no longer access the vids that you had already made either). Stable flight is impossible...RAN OUT OF ROOM

It's alright but they could have put alot more into the application. More options to choose from like turning the sound off of the remote buttons and options to upgrade cameras things like that. But all and all it is fine to use.
