even though the nutrisionist and doctor is very polite and helpful, the app ruined the whole experience for me. sangat sering error, bug, yang mengganggu (ex.makanan yg udh diinput tiba2 hilang, loading app lama, dll.)

Really bad experience for the apps. I buy 6 month package but feature is very limited and end up need to use other apps to track progress. Asking for refund as promised that we can always get refund but not getting reply until i post on social media just to be notified i will be contacted by another person in 7x24 time. Waste of money

This app is still buggy: - when I read sirkapedia, I'm stuck on submodul 1.3 and unable to move to next submodule - food logging feature is not usable yet. However the overall program with nutritionist and education on weightloss education are great!

Good app, but i can't see the product value before i decided to pay a program. You can create a better experience than this. User want to know what your value, what your app can do & what user get if they use your app before they decide to pay a something. Not all user check your desc, your website & anything information you gave (like organic user). You can see product like FITA (under telkomsel) for understanding my reviews. This is honest review from a Product Guy employee. Semangat!
