After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

The app itself is very useful and provides great insight into what our little one gets up to at nursery. However, I have an issue with compatibility on my current phone i think. I had oneplus before on which the app worked perfectly without any issues. I recently switched to google pixel 8a and the app takes a very long time to open up. I have tried clearing cache but have not had any luck. If possible can the developers look into this please. Thanks

The UI is not as intuitive or extensive as Famly for parents. We've lost a lot of basic functionality when our nursery switched over and I feel much less connected with our children at nursery. The app is buggy and constantly needs to be closed and reopened. Maybe you wouldn't notice how poor it is when you've never had a different app but having had a better one, this feels like a big regression. I'd consider moving nursery for better comms.

Absolutely love the app. I've loved getting updates of what my little one has been up yo. The only downside is now he's started school and I want to download the pics to keep, I'm having to download 1 by 1. An option to download all at once would be great and save time as I can't start the downloads and do something else. If it want for that I would have given it 5 stars

I have been unable to use this app. My child's profile does not appear and the nursery does not know why. I have tried password reset but when I go to log back in it says email or password incorrect. When I am in the app I cannot see any observations, meals, finance etc. The nursery has sent me several password resets links and reactivation links but nothing works. Really bad app with no apparent way to get it fixed.

I have attempted to get a bug fixed where sign off is required. Rather than sign the page scrolls leaving me unable to sign things in the app. This appeared to be fixed but it has either reverted or is a new issue. Last contacted in april to try and get the dev team to fix. Other than that the app is fine.

Pretty useful, can have individual photos included as part of the child's updates as well as food/nappy/extra info. Biometric login always works, never any issues with anything else either.
