The app keeps crashing & I need to open it 2 to 3 times. Once the app stabilizes and remains open, it crashes as soon as I go to any of the links and I have to repeat the whole process again. Another problem, when I make a submission for claim, I'm not able to see the details and review the submission, nor check for mistakes and edit it if required. Worst part, the customer care keep asking you to do everything on the app. In short MyNas customer care and the app is just a stressful experience.

App keeps crashing and requiring OTP just to reopen every time which is annoying. It also says to call the toll free number to inquire about rejections but there is no number provided anywhere on the app.

A rubbish app which crashes or freezes every now and then. The chat agent is never available and the 24×7 helpline is not listed. There is no way you can contact them over a pending or rejected claim

I have noticed some stability issues. Specifically, the app crashes whenever I try to select certain options. It's happened multiple times now, and it's getting a bit frustrating. Hopefully, this can be addressed in a future update.

I admire NAS AGENTS THEY ANSWERED Promptly...i think it depends sometimes on the category you belong paid by your employer and sometimes benefits and approval also depend on the facility how they submit request. But as for me things go well as long you just reach out to them.

Unable to login. And once it finally logs in (after 30 attempts) it logs me out as soon as I try to submit a claim. The website isn't any more reliable.

Every time, I need to enter my login credentials, and each time, it asks OTP, Ridiculous Insurance, as well as the App. Both are waste.
