These are THE BEST escape games! I just replayed Matryoshka and it's still just as good as the first time 4+ years ago! This dev's games are solid, incredibly creative, logical yet challenging. Everything is polished from the art to the sounds. His newest one, Treasure, is my all-time favorite--and I play a lot of these, but this one is right up there. It's a shorter puzzle but there's still a lot in it, and the ending is charming. Enthusiastically recommend!

Blast from the Kotorinosu past! Ah, Matryoshka!😊 I remember it feeling longer several years ago when I first discovered this awesome developer and I actually thought it was harder then.🤔 Playing it again 5 years later it felt kinda like a new game but it was quite easy this time around. A beginner might find it challenging at times though. Kotorinosu is most clever and tricky, yet logical games I have played. Can't wait for more!!!

Such a cool game! Might be one of the hardest and most challenging escape game I've tried, despite the very few items and the length of the game that's quite short. All puzzles are indeed solvable, and enjoyable to do. Doesn't feel that impossible at all. Great job!

Don't let the simple design of this game fool you, it's quite challenging. There are hints in exchange for ads, but no other ads in the game. Definitely worth playing, leave no stone unturned.

I got stuck at one part stubbornly refusing to use any hint or walkthrough. After figuring it out eventually, I wasn't annoyed but instead quite impressed. For me, there are puzzles that are difficult for the wrong reasons but this isn't one of them. Thanks.

I played the original version many years ago when it came out in Flash 😁. This was one of the first escape games I played and it got me hooked into escape games. Kotorinosu is still one of the best escape game makers I've ever played. Such clever puzzles and beautiful graphics. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Really cool game. Needs better hints, I only needed a couple but once I had to use a walkthrough cuz the hint didn't help. Also could be longer. But very unique & enjoyable. Played them all. Make more please.

Matryoshka was the first Japanese escape game I ever tried, and I was hooked. Played it again after several years, still needed a few hints. Unfortunately, my favorite Japanese developers including Kotorinosu no longer make new games.
