App constantly freezes 🥶 have to close then reopen to perform an action or two then freezes and have to close and reopen again and again. Very poor functionality. Being in control of hundreds of thousands worth of irrigation you would think a reliable app is a must. 7-14-24 with the new update just released now I can't change my pumps between manual and full auto to use on different systems. Please fix asap!

Keeps on wanting to refresh. No signal or bad signal, not responding or just close on its own AND then there is Valley 365. Need a magnifying class to see what is on the phone screen. Not every one runs around with a pc or flat screen size tablet. Same errors as on Agsens. Phoning office is just going to increase your frustration. Will be looking into getting a different app to work with the field commander.

Version 1.25.3. App closes everytime I try to open the map. I have logged out, restarted phone, and un-installed app multiple times. Not reliable on a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Haven't had a chance to control any sprinklers because it just locks up with the refresh icon spinning continuously. Meanwhile my 1 sprinkler with FieldNet reacts flawlessly and within about 15 seconds.

Been a user for 3 years now. Does okay, nothing like what the competitors offer though. Very slow to respond to commands. Currently is not working at all. Have deleted and redownload'd the app twice now. Can not control half of my potato crops currently. Overall gets the job done usually but needs some serious attention on the refreshing rates and glitches.

Not reliable. Crashes often. Any time the app goes to sleep i have to log out and back in to regain function. Frequently it just does not work. if there was an alternative this app would have been deleted after the first day. i have done updates and uninstall-reinstall numerous times, it is just a crappy app that never gets better.

Update 5/16/22 Constant connection issues and failed data updates. I often have to kill the app and restart to get the system to update. Having to resend commands over and over is common (frustrating when you have several commands built to send). 5g phone with good to great signal strength.

After receiving a phone call from an AgSense employee, asking about problems I was having with crashes and functions, all have been resolved. Has been stable and usable. Looking forward to using it again. ETA... 4-2023, App keeps getting better. Love the new ability to save SIS.

If a version of the app is working, DO NOT upgrade. Some versions are decent, most have serious bugs. The one we run into the most is the 'poor signal' message that keeps from being able to sign in. Meanwhile I can stream videos.
