Downloads documents with Norwegian characters in the filename with invalid characters instead. PDF viewers on mobile are then unable to open these files, which makes the mobile app useless. Also, if this app doesn't send notifications, then there is no point in having it, or having a DigiPost account in the first place. You might as well use AltInn.

The app crashes everytime i turn the phone horizontally, which is the best way to read documents on phone screens as you only have to scroll down as opposed to zig-zagging your way down the page in vertical mode. I have to open documents in another app to read it in horizontal mode. Either fix your app or completely disable auto rotate when using the app to prevent it from crashing!

Horrible user experience. When I enter the app and click on a letter I've received I have to enter my phone login code, then if it's higher security I have to log in with bankID, then the letter itself just says I got a letter from the kommune and the actual letter is an attachment, which requires me to log into bankID AGAIN to view/download, but then once it's downloaded, the phone says it's formatted incorrectly and can't read it. Won't read the file on the computer either. Worse than useless!

Overall experience is fine but now my phone is no longer supported so i guess even apps are trying to force me to upgrade my phone even thought i dont have the money for it. Id love for this to keep getting support for older android

Bright white theme and doesn't have dark mode. This is terrible accessibility-wise. I can't use the app on bad day, as I get very light-sensitive, and it triggers migraines. Sometimes it comes with aura, which makes me effectively blind for a few hours.

What's the point of the app if you have to open your letter in the browser? You open the app and get a link that opens your browser where you have to log in again. Just drop the app and open the browser. This app is literally just a spying waste of space on your phone.

The host approved my booking but messaged me that they couldn't host me. I asked them to cancel the booking, as I had been charged the full amount for my stay, but the host said they never approved the booking. I could cancel but I would have to pay a service fee to Airbnb. I contacted Airbnb, who cancelled the booking after a while, but I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund, and my profile now states that I have cancelled a stay, which makes me undesireable for other hosts.

It was fine for a while but then for some reason you need a pin number to access official letters. I do not have a pin code and it doesn't tell me how to get one anywhere in the help section. This needs to be addressed.
