Spyware! made to gather data with lots of unnecessary permissions. No wonder NRK goes far in just releasing 1minute podcast samples openly, wanting people to install this malware that even starts every time you start the phone, and is open for connections from the internet.

First off - I know I'm not your target audience. I live in the US, but listen to NRK to help improve my Norwegian. But this app is unstable and crashes constantly. It works if I hit play and leave it alone, but if I try to find out the title of the song playing or switch stations, it crashes. If I'm trying to change the station, it crashes multiple times before it'll actually change. More trouble than it's worth, mostly.

Love it! But two issues. Often The app skips to next/random episode by itself, usually when it's less than 3 min left. And sometimes The podcast just goes silent but timer keeps counting. Going back 15 sec solves this. Any solutions? Hsppend about 1-3 times every hour of listening

Playlist feature doesn't work. Adding an episode to the queue makes no difference, because after the current episode is done nothing plays regardless. Not an issue in for example Podcast Addict app. I'll change my review if that's fixed.

So your're forced to use this wretched app, with all it's inane visuals. Incessant pictures of nrk celebs and regulars with their unatural expressions, just to get access to the full backlog of previous podcasts of previous podkasts with the further downside that previous podkasts no longer come with a summary of what that podkast episode is about, not exactly helpful for the user. One is forced to use the nrk app again to download podkasts and play them back. Here there is another obstruction.

A Google user

Extremely unstable and crashes all the time. This Android version seems to be an untested and under prioritized NRK project. I have contacted support numerous times and the response is that you need to delete all cached data for the app (which does not work) or uninstall/reinstall the app. HOW CAN THAT BE A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION! Any developer with any self respect would not be proud of that, but instead fix the problem and move on. NRK should read all ratings and investigate NOW!

Keeps appearing on top of the notification area "playing". Very annoying and pls. stop blaming Android for Your problems. Only way to get rid of it is to force stop but even then it pops up after phone restart! To make it even worse it does this with apps notifications turned off and with No permissions?!?
