Just found out that the online platform isn't always sync-ed with the counter. One of the movies I wanted to watch today was only offered on 4D and Luxury online, but apparently was also available on the normal/Premium screening as well! The Bank Muscat offer was available online, but I was told over the counter that it had already expired. Come on!

Very user unfriendly app.I tried making a purchase on this app but suddenly midway,the page disappeared and I had to start all over again.They showed me a figure to pay on the payment page which turned to a figure more than 10% higher on the next page.Terrible experience! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡

Worst update ever! I remember this app used to be so convenient and reliable. After the update two things can not be done how much hard you try(applying a bank offer, and buying foods) these two option can not be applied to your booking no matter how hard you try even if you call central bank this won't work. If you are just trying a booking then after many tries you may be able to book other options do not wast your time on it.... Please fix or its just a waste

Something happened while they made an update to this app. What was so convenient till then has become very difficult to use. Actually now the app doesn't even load rather it now takes me to web URL. I tried informing the Authorities but sadly nothing has changed. Make no mistake, I still use their facilities for watching movies by booking old school.

Useless app. It redirects you to the website, which keeps on loading and does nothing else. The website is also dead slow. I'm not sure why anyone would design an app with very little testing before pushing it to production. A lot of bugs to be looked into.

I think developers still have to improve this application, it is not user friendly, this is the second time to use and I will be heading to cinema to book my ticket there!!! Not shifting to next screen, payment screen hanging, amount deducted from my account and no confirmed booking, later I was refunded.

Please don't add snacks option, no one delivering to the seat, also to find our order in booking taking long time. Also remove save card detail option, it create payment issue in app. Don't add booking fee, no cinemas in uae adding booking fees. Why I need to pay booking fee??

The app is very inconsistent. Keeps closing. My booking hanged 3 times. It's very frustrating. Need a major makeover to be competitive.
