Yeah so I need this app to get home and to track which one (of the 4 busses) that arrive every day to see which one I'm going to get on without playing an annoying guessing game, and I used this apps bus tracking system to do so. And it worked for around 3 weeks and after the last update to the app the tracking feature has completely stopped working for me and for others using other bus lines. This is a problem that really needs to be fixed but otherwise the app is ok.

The app is decent, mostly accurate arrival times, tells you if a bus is canceled, next bus arrival times, etc. One consistent problem I've been experiencing is when I would switch to My Favorites, and it'd delete all my favorited bus stops. It happens once in a while but its very annoying as I have to manually type in and search each and every bus every time that happens.

Doesn't work, it shows my location but provides no information on bus routes and times. Save your self the head ache and never install this hot mess of app.

Getting weird errors all of a sudden. It was not like this. I have been using this app a while and there's no issues until now. I need this work as it helps me to know wh at time the bus comes or if they cancel. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app but it's still give the same problem. If I can show you the error code it would be easier. It starts with "cert path validation exception" whatever that means. After that I can't pick any bus lines please fix app.

This is a good app, it helps me keep track of the bus schedules which is really helpful since I ride buses a lot. I would've given it five stars but for some reason the buses I favorite disappear after a few hours which gets annoying cause I end up having to search back up the bus and favoriting it again only for it to once again disappear when I know I had favorited buses

Absolutely the worst app I have ever seen. Makes you enter the same information twice. It won't come up when you hit okay. Won't allow you to remove information that you no longer need. Just a terrible app period. Better off when I was able to get public transportation off the Lyft app

App is currently non functional and non responsive, even on a reinstall. None of the bus lines show up, and you can't select anything or get any touch screen response. I use this app all the time and it seemingly happened overnight.

I REALLY HATE that you can't favorite stops, it makes the app hard to use. I have to manually look up the stop numbers every single time. I'm never going to favorite a line, only stops. Not designed from a user perspective.
