This app is dangerous to people who wear earphones. Every time the notification goes off it turns the volume of my earphones all the way up which has almost got me seriously hurt at work several times. No other app does this. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I've already sliced my hand with a razor and broke something at work due to this issue. It needs to be fixed now!!!!!

I have been trying to message the PROGRAM DIRECTOR for the past 2 hours. I've yet to succeed at this, once simple, task! I've tried every combination of every working button on the screen. I've reached out to the DEVELOPER of this app, asshown in Google Play, with no avail. The reason, for my weary search, is because I need to GUEST DOSE in another state for 2 days. Just found out on Monday that I needed to go there, and I immediately began my search.

No notifications from app period even though they are turned on. I received first notification to check in and did so. Check in on Wednesday's and check it all through the day and will finally receive a notification that I missed my check in. I then do a instant check in yet Idk if it's a violation or not. This app just adds stress and confusion to an already hectic daily schedule of trying to run my own business. Other than it being garbage it's fine.

It could have more to it based on what it's used for. It could have links to related websites. The ability to text your case manager or counselor. Those are just a couple things that would be useful. In reference to logging in, lower Case the first three letters of your last name and the last six numbers of your are SAR. The last 6 numbers of your SAR for the password as well. A lot better than calling in and I look forward to improvements!

This app will bring extra stress into your life. This application is used in situations where participants need this to be full proof, 100% of the time. This app is NOT a good choice because it only works most of the time. When you can't complete a task due to technical difficulties on the apps end, you're left stressing like crazy! Another issue is the privacy policy! This has to infringe on our rights. Why would an app need access to your storage & physical activity. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Never get alerts. Makes me paranoid that I'm missing something so I have to always open the app. Constantly pulling my location so it kills my battery. God forbid i watch youtube for a few minutes, my phone will start to overheat due to the internal computer constantly working overtime. (S21 Ultra)

Worked okay before the update. I must have just spent 15 minutes trying to check in. Repeatedly trying to push the button to take my photo with no response. It finally worked after the 100th time. After I couldnt get it to work at all on Friday! I tried 3 separate times then after I updated and it wouldn't work. So I waited and forgot to try again later. Since this is compulsory it should atleast work properly! Would have been a 4 prior to update!

Just started using this app a little over a week ago. I have to reset my phone often for other services that I have used on a regular basis for a good while usually at least once daily. Nothing out of the norm. Once I was told to install this app my routine didn't change. I had to reinstall the app each reset, I was required to test 4 days in a row which I thought overkill. Then one day I didn't need to reset, and I didn't get asked in. Every time I have reset I've been made to test after. EYES
