App is still buggy, and the setup process was as tedious as if I were a new patient. I had to enter all my data and do a long questionnaire , very annoying. please figure out how to link existing CS client accounts with a simpler process.

Don't like it. Scheduling burdensome. Drs. cancel last minute, automatically reschedule to fit their schedule without 1st consulting patient. I prefer to avoid. These Drs. are 3rd party contractors to CS. Creates multitude of problems. CS Connect is a handoff from your PCP. Why have a PCP to be referred CS Connect all the time.

What a fantastic service for medical emergencies that don't need in- person treatment. I had a cuticle infection which, left untreated, could become a serious problem requiring further medical care. I knew that and knew that an antibiotic was needed asap. It was verified by a simple video visit, a prescription was called in, and I'm on the mend. thank-you

Absolute worse app experience. They claim you can be seen in a few minutes until you fill out all the information and endless chat bot questions that take forever only to be told you have schedule an appointment. Complete waste of time.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Buggy, bot asks many irrelevant questions (this is after I connected my account, and confirmed my identity). Asks for SSN which I always consider a red flag - yes, they all say its so very secure, until they send you whoops we've been hacked and we are so very sorry letter. And last but not least pitch "See doctor in minites" with estimated times is very deceptive when it takes way more than that estimated time juzt to get to scheduling.

Dr. Cunningham was exceptional!! On a video chat, when I gave her my symptoms, she asked the right questions and had the knowledge to know what I had. Even if I had something of less severity she had to rule out the worst case issue. She was Right On! I thank her for what she did. She highly recommended in my book.
