I used to love the Kaiser app with it being so easy to navigate. HOWEVER, the recent changes with MyChart are terrible!!! Not easy to navigate on the app or website. Can't easily go to messages and quickly send a message or find test results. There are red "action items" that don't go away or tell u what specifically needs to be done. Just awful. I'm very sad about these changes and hope that the programmers make this more organized and user friendly.

Faulty app. Im trying to make an appointment on the app, and it's not letting me submit my request and get to the next page because it thinks I haven't selected a reason for my appointment, even though I am. The bubble is filled in. The app just isn't recognizing such. The glitch occurs when I try to select woman's health services. Edit: The site displays appointment times that aren't actually available, every one I click says the appointment I selected is no longer available. Very stressful.

This app, and the website, on Android, have always been painfully disorganized, deathly slow. Now after spending 3 weeks trying to get one of them to work without "we are experiencing technical difficulties" to order a prescription refill I'm now almost out of, I have to enter my credit card, and the box for "year" just shows "year"! No way to input a date. And lower down on the page, there's a disclaimer or something that stops in mid-sentence! Do Better. You are HEALTH CARE. Act like it!

Generally speaking the app is fine. HOWEVER, The screen for test results is extremely slow and buggy. Also, when I installed the app, I did everything I could to not enable marketing cookies. And every time I opened the app, it repeatedly asked me to change my cookie preferences until I finally got frustrated and clicked except all. But when I went back to turn off the marketing cookies, The option is not available to turn off!! So in other words, I was forced into accepting marketing cookies.

The app has been slowly evolving since it was released, and I've been a user for most of that time. However, the most recent release seems as though the app is trying to be overly helpful to the point where it's hiding basic functions. For example, where is email?? The other major functions like pharmacy are still visible. But email has disappeared and is buried under all the other "helpful" menus somewhere. It would be helpful if there was some way to tune the app from novice to experienced.

Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

when I try to log into the app I get a pop up saying "features are no longer available" and it doesn't let me log in. I can't use the app anymore. And when I try to access the website, sometime between october 2-4 there was an update that prevents the website from loading on chrome. I have to use another browser on my PC to log in. im not happy with the hoops I need to jump through to get help.

Literally impossible to get my membership ID. The app looks like it has another dashboard layered beneath it, but its blocked by a useless screen to make appointments. Unusable and inconvenient at best. I have to wait for a card to be sent in the mail, so even longer of a wait to make a necessary appointment.
