I Aint Ur Barbie!
Don't get be wrong, I like the content and have even binged watched shows like "How far she'll go". But Univer is UNBEARABLY slow and it's SO difficult to find English shows and when I do find something interesting I think the video is in English because of the caption is also ONLY to find it it's all in Portuguese. Also, videos don't load on my phone and I have to re-open the app a million times (or even re-install)to work. And on laptop ver you can't even scroll, you have to search for shows.

I love love love the content. However, there are a few issues with the app. It randomly logs me out, shows the login button, and does not let me log in. Some content is simply not available even though it shows up as available through the service. (That might be because of where I live. I'll have to try a VPN.) Some content is natively available in many languages, but the app/service only offers it in one. Just trying to be helpful and provide feedback that could help improve the app/service!

Great content, but the app is terrible! It's impossible to watch some meetings and documentaries, it doesn't continue videos that I was watching (and I have to start all again or remember where I've stopped) There are many "errors". All the time I have to uninstall the app but the errors are still there. Please, fix it!

Its not in English and it's super irritating trying to register with a language you don't understand at all. Somebody is making very bad decisions somewhere because we can't even watch videos or live service anywhere else except on this app. I'm not impressed with the whole setup. 😠😠😡

The whole world is suppose to have interest in this spiritual application. Please develop an english version since it is the international language of the world. Sorry for the poor rating, but there are also problems with loggin in and registering. However I do believe this app of the UCKG can turn lost souls into saved souls!

I have tried to register many times, on the app, but failed. I think because of language, and also not sure how the app works. can you at least have option to change to english so that I can understand. I am still not registered on the app. In desperate need of assistance if possible please.

Amazing content that strengthens your faith, But the App keeps crashing and there a quite a few issue with the app. Would be great if they could improve so that it runs more smoothly, other than that excellent!

The contente is great, but there's a lot bugs, it logs me out, when try to refresh the page my session was removed from the browser, sometimes the content keeps loading forever, the mobile app also needs fixes.
