My money was withdrawn for no service To make it short: 1- The driver didn't come to the appointed location. 2- the driver started the trip even though I wasn't in the car 3- the driver called requesting the location, which I did, and let another local describe where I am 4- money was withdrawn 5- contacted the app costumers service, 3 times, didn't care about the driver behaviour and didn't return the money. After that, I stopped using the app and started using the other app.

It's been a while without using this app and i have changed my nbr and I can't remember it however when I sign up they are telling me that I already have account which requires to use the old address which I can't remember.Please handle this issue otherwise it is frustrating

VW obviously tried to copy Uber with this App. Generally, that would be a good idea if the drivers understood how to properly use the app. The first time I tried the app, the driver came to the right location. However, he did not use the app's navigation function. Instead, I had to navigate him. A few times, the drivers just drove in the wrong direction for several minutes after I ordered a ride. They didn't answer my calls so I had to pay for aborting the drive...

Move is putting little to no effort in making this app useful. This is especially true for the iOS version of the àpp. Location setting is always wrong. You can only review a ride using Google forms (seriously?!). App is super slow. Drivers can cancel without any notice. You can't make any mistakes cos you get an automatic charge for cancellation. This is extortion! Your cars are top of the line. But your app needs Jesus!!!! There are so many people who would've loved to use your service. Fix it

Connection error.. I have full speed internet and this app is throwing me "connection error" constantly. Embarrassing Volkswagen! Get better app developers or figure out your infrastructure problems! And again.. Drivers holding the ride and not arriving or willing to cancel. I'm so frustrated

The main problem is the support team. Sent them a mail a month ago followed by countless reminders and they completely ignored me. Well, it is also a problem that the app was crashing each and every time but the former point was far more frustrating
