Received an Elevate Smart Phone as I prize I won and thought I'd give it a try. Okay, so at first use after charging, the watch had a green arrow ⬆️ and was then not able to use at all. I couldn't work out how to reset or sort out what the problem was. I also wasn't able to register as it kept saying it failed. I uninstalled app and stopped using the watch. I tried charging phone again to see if that was the problem but screen is blank. Tried tapping it, etc and nothing.

Edit: exercise route takes time to process after recording the exercise problem solved. Features are very accurate, only recently having problems with seeing the exercise map, whenever I select the workout I had to see the map route it crashes and resets but other than that would recommend

No longer able to connect to Google Fit, and does not support the new Health Connect. App is "okay" on its own but not being able to link it makes this fitness tracker a very bad buy indeed. :(

GPS does not work. Will not connect. Fails to record sleep. Has managed it once. Will look at buying a better one that will function with decent phone connectivity. These are definitely not worth the money.

phone keeps dropping out not recording steps etc have to reconnect all the time. Not really succesful. Need to have steps on how to reconnect my watch to my phone very frustrated

App keeps crashing I can't update my brand new watch because it says too keep open but crashes continuously halfway through. Still no better after the update. Don't bother with this product

App is good but the device is not capturing heart rate nor monitoring stress properly even after engaging continuous monitoring. When manually initiated it keeps prompting to keep hands still, I did my best except remove my hand and keep aside. It still keeps saying the same.

I downloaded the Ryze app. It's showing in my Bluetooth devices but keeps telling me I have to download the app. Also, it said my fitbit would automatically show on the face when fully charged. It doesn't, and I can't get it to work according to the instructions. And even worse, now I've lost its charger somewhere between my sister's house in Australia and mine in NZ. It was not a good week.
