The worst internet provider! I keep paying the bills on time. With all their expensive scam binding time that I can't cancel. And I still keep getting Lost Internet every single late night for light few hours!!!

Unable to verify myself in the app. Going through the motions, BankID opens and accepts my password, but the verification never goes through. The app keeps asking me to verify, but fails to do that. Will try verifying through the web interface instead. Shame that the app stumbles on the first thing I need to do to use it. Edit: verification through the web interface gave repeated errors saying that "something went wrong" (worst error message ever), but now it's done. Somehow. This seems shaky.

Lost two stars and I'll explain.... Number one, very difficult to use if you don't read and understand swedish. Google translate doesn't really get it either. And B, trying to get a prepaid card to update using a prepaid phone is very very difficult. Great service all over Sweden and Denmark though! And hotspot is great.

all telenor apps that i have downloaded and tested are completely useless. login is impossible and that means its impossible to get an overview of your surf. "temorary errors" everywhere and weird problems that there are no solutions to on the internet. this is the absolute worst, i will change my provider soon and not reccomend telenor any further.

The application doesn't work properly. I tried to buy 1gb extra data but it charged me twice. Also i don't have the option to change surf limit anymore 😕 I believe it would be better to check all of the application features before the final release.

App is working now . I am new subscriber from 1st juni to telenor. I have seen change of subscription amount during telephone discussion and agreement. This is really bad and customer care people cannot speak/explain English properly. They send e sim one month back and never informed me to insert on this day / that day. But now they are billing for 2 months without any usage Telenor should be transparent , otherwise you will loose customers . I am also thinking to withdraw the subscription.

Useless. They say that you can manage your data usage in app.well...not quite. Bought extra surf after i run out of the one in my subscription,and i can't raise the usage limit from 20gb to 30gb 🙄.so now i have data but i don't have data 😂. U s e l e s s
