I guess it serves it purpose but CONSTANT ads while I'm doing something, so I'm accidentally clicking on links that open other windows. Slow response time, constantly getting disconnected from my tv. My internet is good, btw. I'd say don't download unless you really have to. This app sucks and I'd recommend just buying a vizio remote for cheap online. Saves you a big headache. I'm only using this until I get a new remote.

The amount of ads that pop up when I'm trying to use this app is ridiculous and annoying. Don't get me wrong the app works but the amount of ads is egregious. Got multiple ads while tying to find something to watch in 5 minutes. Sometimes you only get one ad when you use the app sometimes you get so many in a short time span. I really do not recommend this app.

I downloaded and couldn't get it to connect to my Vizio Smart TV even though that's what it's supposed to do. Somehow it charged my cash app $18.09 after attempting to charge it a dozen times. Somehow it finally was successful weeks later! How do I get a refund for these charges! I never even used the app. It didn't work! Ughh beyond frustrated at this point. Please help developers!

I downloaded app and paid for the lifetime, but then it didn't work. I tried to connect to the television via wifi, but it couldn't find my TV even though they are on the same wifi as my phone. Then I contact support twice, the first time I get some generic response that didn't help, then I asked for a refund for my 17 dollars and they haven't answered me back and it's been more than a week. Don't get this awfully service.

Tried it for free and it does not perform as advertised. It won't turn on the TV unless it's already on. Asks to connect to device everytime its used. Auto disconnect after 24 hours and will not reload after that. Reading the user evaluations this is a common complaint so it's probably not being addressed as there are no directions for resolving the problem. Also many posts that after paying fee it doesn't work and no refunds are given for failure to provide service. POS.

DOES NOT CONNECT TO MY VIZIO TV!!! :( It keeps telling me to connect to wifi, but I'm already connected to wifi. Vizio TV shows up on the list of devices but the app says the wifi isn't connected. Upset because I paid $15 for the lifetime subscription and it does not work at all. Everything is on the same network, vpn is off, app just does not work. Test it before you buy it!!!

What good is a remote if you have to click off an ad every single time you use it? It's works as a remote, I'll give em that. But you have to click on a tiny X literally every single time you switch to the app. Do not download this app. Vizio actually has an official app if you scroll down a bit in the searches that is a million times better as a remote app and has no ads.

Does not connect to my TV even though it "sees" it, so none of the buttons do anything. There are no troubleshooting instructions, or any instructions at all. Any button I touch starts to "search for device", I can see my device listed with "disconnect" next to it. But touching that does nothing. Useless.
