The app often says that it can't find the space/the space isn't in the system even when I've parked and paid in the space before. But I've never gotten a ticket so maybe that's OK? IDK. Regardless, a waste of time for everyone.

I'd rate higher if there weren't a service charge for an essential function, already subsidized by the taxpayer. App works fine, would be better if we could prevent meter from expiring and cover gaps.

It doesn't load up half of the times ,it doesn't have an option were if you have to move to another parking spot you can finish the current session and just be charged for the actual time that you park your car in the spot

I got a notification 10 minutes before my session expired that my parking will be up in 10 minutes. But when I went into the app, it doesn't allow me to extend the session. You have to sit and watch the clock run for 10 minutes until you can renew your parking.

Bad experience. Multiple failed logins & multiple failed attempt to recognize the parking spot ( either hanging while trying to find it or falsely saying it can't be found. Also hung on credit card processing once (didn't go through and screen blanked). Finally after about 40 minutes of constantly trying, it worked. I hope I don't have a ticket on my car... I was at the hospital and couldn't leave as I struggled with this app to take my money. Is it on purpose to increase ticket revenue?

Really useful app, I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for a big annoying flaw: If you park your car during a moment when it's free to do so, it will say "Not available". The same as when it's forbidden to park. So you have to figure out if you actually can park or not on your own. Would be much better if it simply said "Free parking until X o' clock" or "Parking forbidden".

Overall very usefull app but could you please make a second reminder when the parking expires !? comon you know that people are going to forget to put it back because already you can't even add time to the current parking or you loose the remaining time. I know that everyone thinks of that and nobody says anything. At minimum we only ask to add the reminder when it expires i'm sure you guys can add it in a second !

There is a map on the site of the app. Why does the app doesn't have a map? It would be the same google maps. And I am sure you guys have the information on which of the places are taken and which aren't, at least if they were payed for or not. That could and should be in the app - so that I could point and select a free spot and drive to it with my google maps. And I agree with all the other comments on the payment extensions, error messages etc. Please improve it!
