Customer support is very nice, but overall unhelpful. Really just sucks they seem to only be able to give you coupon codes rather then actual refunds. Pickup is much more consistent, and I would recommend to skip lines, but due to reasons listed above I wouldn't recommend getting delivery, or only getting one item delivered so it they get it wrong they can actually give you a full refund.

Overall, if you are ordering the same food at the same time of day, it works alright. If you ever try to order something new or try a different place 8 times out of 10 they will cancel the order or start preparing it just for the order to time out. Also, most of the resturants using it don't program it properly and it's very frustrating to use most of the time.

There are so many glitches in this app, it won't allow me to set a delivery point after uninstalling and reinstalling, and rebooting my entire system. It kicks me out of the app when I change my payment method, so once again, have to uninstall and reinstall to set my payment method. There needs to be serious patches in the next update, since I've seen plenty of other people have this same issue.

The system is nearly flawless! I use it all the time and have never had any issue. One suggestion is if there was a way to text store to approve or suggest a substitution if responded before order was complete. There's also not a way for me to view order history. Also, product description on app is minimal (size, flavor, etc) and not always specified. It assumes you know the store's inventory by memory, I guess. With those fixes, it would be 5 stars.

This is a very cool and convenient service and usually works great. Lately, however, I've been getting the "unending circle of doom," AKA the loading symbol, when I try to switch between payment methods. I've tried backing out of my order, closing the app, but the only way I've been able to resolve the issue is to uninstall and reinstall the app. This gets pretty annoying after a while, please fix this.

As a student, I want to be lazy sometimes and order something for delivery. A bonus for being able to pay with alternative options. Usually delivery time isn't a big deal. Starship deliveries are slow, the estimated time is nowhere near reality. Even worse is quality and failures to deliver. I've order probably 20 or so times through starship. About a third of those I've needed to contact support. The bots are also really buggy, 2 orders in a row the bots just turned off and were canceled.

Half the time when I try to check out with a meal plan, it won't let me check out and says "Payment method required". When I tap add, it just shows "meal plan" greyed out and there's nothing to do about it. This app is barely functional. I have to keep trying to check out over and over until it (sometimes) eventually works. Seems like Starship has no QA team for this app that doesn't even let me check out half the time. EDIT: that update mentioned in your reply absolutely did not fix the issue.

I wish I had a way to check to make sure the order was filled. this time it was complete. last time I was notified several items were unavailable but was kinda pointless for order since the unavailable items were the ones I needed most. would've liked the option to cancel. this time I just had to wait and see if all were filled. overall it's a great little service. helps me not go to the store to get the baby milk. or something I need for dinner.
